National Trust Cornwall

Godolphin House

This 16th century house is being renovated and The National trust offer ‘hard hat’ tours. The estate is open all year round; the gardens and house are seasonal with special events.

Trengwainton House and Gardens

Nestled in a sheltered position overlooking Mount’s Bay, the sights and smells from this exquisite garden are positively tropical. With such a mild climate and in this sheltered part of Penwith and magnificent walled gardens it is easy to see why this garden is home to so many tender exotic species not seen anywhere else on mainland Britain.
